• Adoptables / Custom designsNO:
• Real people (Celebrities, family members, yourself, etc.)
• NSFW / Sexually explicit art (Including kink or fetish art)
• Hateful imagery (Such as racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, etc.)

II. PAYMENT POLICY.

• Payment will be sent through Paypal in $USD.• The artist has the right to cancel a commission at any time; partial or full refund is case-by-case depending on level of completion of commission.• The artist reserves the right to stop work on a commission or cancel a commission request due to poor communication, rude / inappropriate behavior, or any breach of TOS.

III. PROCESS.

• Work in Progress pictures are only given if asked; feel free to inquire. Otherwise the artist will take creative liberties.• Edits, depending on complexity or frequency, may incur an additional $USD fee.

IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE

• The artist reserves the right to use the commissioned art for self promotion.• All commissioned art is for non-commercial use only (No reselling of copies is permitted).• Commissioner may repost, edit, alter or print their commissioned art as long as it is not claimed as their own or reselling for profit (Feel free to tag me on tumblr, toyhouse blueskies!
